Personal Data Processing Consent
I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, hereby give my consent to Limited Liability Company "SALITA" (OOO "SALITA"), TIN (INN) 6143047061, PSRN (OGRN) 1026101932559, address: 347360, Rostov Region, Volgodonsk, Lenina St., 65, e-mail: salita@salita.biz, phone: 8 909 440-80-80 (hereinafter - the Operator), to the processing of my personal data.
1. Purpose of processing
The purpose of processing personal data is:
to enable feedback with me at my initiative, including a phone call by a SALITA employee to the phone number I provided, in order to review my request, provide a consultation, clarify information, and discuss matters related to SALITA's services and real estate properties.
Personal data is not processed for sending me advertising messages, advertising calls, SMS, messenger messages, or other advertising.
2. List of personal data
Under this consent, the following may be processed:
- phone number;
- information about the property that I voluntarily provide as part of my request, including: property address, street, house number, apartment number, floor, area, living area, kitchen area, number of rooms, price or desired price, property type, description, notes, cadastral number, photographs, property documents.
The Operator processes only the information actually provided by me and necessary to review a specific request.
3. List of actions with personal data
I consent to the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, retrieval, transfer (granting access), deletion, destruction.
Processing may be carried out with or without the use of automation tools.
4. Recipients of personal data
Personal data may be disclosed to:
- authorized SALITA employees who need it to process the request;
- SALITA administrators responsible for processing incoming requests;
- persons processing personal data on behalf of the Operator, where such processing is supported by a lawful basis and a corresponding contractual relationship;
- the Yandex Metrica service - with respect to data collected by web-analytics tools, separately from the phone number, subject to the service's terms of use.
5. Validity period of consent
This consent remains valid until the purpose of processing personal data is achieved or until it is withdrawn, unless other grounds for further processing are provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Requests that did not result in a contractual relationship are stored by the Operator for a set period of 3 months, after which they are subject to deletion, unless there are lawful grounds for longer storage.
6. Withdrawal of consent
I have the right to withdraw this consent by sending a corresponding request to the Operator's email: salita@salita.biz.
The request should preferably include the phone number previously provided to the Operator and the substance of the request.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Upon receiving the withdrawal, the Operator ceases processing personal data unless other lawful grounds exist for continued processing.
7. Confirmation of consent
By checking the corresponding box on the site form and submitting the form to the Operator, I confirm that I:
- have read this Consent;
- have read SALITA's Personal Data Processing Policy;
- understand the purposes and conditions of the processing of my personal data;
- give my consent voluntarily;
- give my consent specifically for the stated purpose.
